I beg to move: THAT, Clause 19 of the Bill be amended by inserting the word “First” immediately after the words “with the”; It is actually tidying up that sentence. Clause 19 says “the business and affairs of the board of directors shall be conducted in accordance with the schedule”. It is because we have a schedule that needs to be followed. I just added to it to read; “the business and affairs of the board of directors shall be conducted in accordance with the First Schedule”. It is because there are several schedules. Therefore, it is really to be specific and tidy up so that there is clarity on the schedule."
