    "content": " I wish to oppose this amendment because this arbitration process where disputes can be handled before you go to court through the board, reduces cases which should reach the court. You know the court process is expensive. In any case, Part II is also opening that option. If you are not satisfied with what the arbitration process in the board, you can still go to the board.
