    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 32 of the Bill be amended by deleting it and substituting therefor the following new Clause: General 32. A person who commits an offence under this Act for which no penalty penalty. is provided shall be liable, on conviction, to a fine not exceeding five hundred thousand shillings or a fine not exceeding twice the value of the tea or tea products or, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year, or to both."
