"content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, the Bill be amended by deleting Clause 33 and substituting therefor the following new clause— Regulations 33. (1) The Cabinet Secretary may, in consultation with the Board, make Regulations for the better carrying out of the provisions of this Act. (2) Notwithstanding the generality of subsection (1), the Regulations made under this Act may provide for— (a) the regulation of the production, processing, importation and exportation of tea; (b) the procedure of registration of tea brokers, small scale tea growers, medium scale tea growers, large scale tea growers, commercial green leaf transporters, tea packers, The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
