    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. In our area, what we do is to consume. I am a friend of tea growers. This is an excellent amendment. It protects our tea growers and our local tea. I am going to sit with the Chairman of the Departmental Committee on Agriculture and Livestock because he is the one who is going to do this. We are having the same problems in fishing. The President gave an Executive Order, but we cannot effect it until those amendments are brought by the Chairperson. I cannot bring it procedurally as a Private Member especially amendments on the Fund which shields fishermen and tea growers. We should all support."
