I could see there is something that is legally wrong, but it has actually been discovered. You must put the words, ‘is guilty’. Otherwise, this does not make legal sense. I do not know what we can do in the meantime but, if the legal counsel can just help us construct the words ‘is guilty’ within the main sentence so that what the Speaker, Hon. Omulele is talking about makes sense... You are only guilty under certain circumstances. So, I think you have got what my concern is."
