    "content": "the Committee noted valid concerns by the Petitioner and recommends that the Cabinet Secretary, Ministry of Transport, Infrastructure, Housing, Urban Development and Public Works, finalizes the development of the Housing Bill and submits to the Committee the Bill, or a status update on the development of the Bill within three months of the tabling of this Report, and in any case, not later than 28th February, 2021. Mr. Speaker, Sir, on the aforementioned Petitions, our Committee considered the Petitions in depth, met with the Petitioners, various stakeholders and also conducted various site visits. The reports make various recommendations for implementation and we pledge as a Committee to ensure full implementation of the resolutions. Mr. Speaker, Sir, it is now my pleasant duty, pursuant to Standing Order No.232 to table the following 13 reports of the Standing Committee on Land, Environment and Natural Resources in relation to Petitions."
