    "content": "With regards to waste management, especially for Wajir and other counties where basic sanitation does not exist, the policy for this country with regards to sustainability and environmental impact--- People have now moved from environmental impact to social impact that relates to the environment. Are we going to look at environmental impact and then put a very narrow definition of what environmental impact stands for, when the biggest culprit is the impact is on the economic and social wellbeing of the people? I hope that the Committee will appraise itself on the need for not just an environmental impact assessment, but social impact assessment as regards to our environment and sustainability."
