    "content": "Mr. Speaker Sir, from the above observations, especially Paragraphs 5 and 6, the Committee notes that the Petitioners brought their matter in the Senate and also filed the same matter in Court. The Committee therefore advises the Parties to seek adjournment matter to seek temporary stay of court proceedings to resolve the matter amicably before the Committee in line with Article 159 (2) (c) of the Constitution on Alternative forms of Dispute Resolutions. The Governor has expressed interest in the said route together with the petitioners. If they stay the proceedings temporarily we will deal with this issue even during the Christmas break. We are ready to deal with this matter."
