    "content": "THAT, the petitioners, therefore, pray that the Senate intervenes in this matter with a view to ensuring that the Prevention, Protection and Assistance to Internally Displaced Persons and Affected Communities Act 2012 is operationalized and implemented in order for issues pertaining to IDPs be resolved in accordance with the provisions of this Act. Hon. Senators, pursuant to Standing Order No. 231, I shall now allow comments, observations or clarifications in relation to the Petition for not more than 30 minutes."
