    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I rise pursuant to Standing Order No.47 (1) to make a Statement on a matter of national concern, namely the alleged refusal by insurance companies to widen the scope of hospital coverage for patients infected by COVID-19 beyond designated Government facilities. Article 43 (1) (a) of the Constitution provides that every person has the right to the highest attainable standard of health which includes the right to healthcare services.
