    "content": "Thank you, Madam Deputy Speaker. I rise pursuant to Standing Order No.48 (1) to seek a Statement from the Standing Committee on Health regarding the status of funds received by the Government as donations from the international community to help in the fight against the Coronavirus Disease (COVID- 19) pandemic. In the Statement, the Committee should- (1)Explain whether the National Emergency Response Committee on COVID-19 has been operating effectively and efficiently. (2)Explain how the funds donated to the Government to fight COVID-19 have been utilized from March 2020 to date. (3)Expound on the steps the Ministry intends to make to ensure that enough masks are available in learning institutions, and to other frontline workers as and when required. (4)Elucidate the actions being taken by the Ministry to ensure that guidelines on COVID-19 prevention protocols with regards to handwashing and social distancing are observed by all employees and pupils/students in our learning institutions. Thank you, Madam Deputy Speaker."
