(2)Outline all measures the national and county Governments have undertaken to support health workers including recruitment of more health workers and provision of Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs). (3)State the policy intervention by national and county Governments to increase accessibility and affordability of ICU facilities at the national, county and sub-county levels."
