    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, there is still a lot to be done by way of looking at certain pieces of legislation and aligning them to the overall architecture of where this country is moving to. The Committee has an agenda before it. The agenda is urgent, and it is as important as what they have already done. I want to ask the Committee membership to focus squarely now on other related pieces of legislation that are going to operationalize the architecture of the reforms that are envisaged in the BBI. If that is not done and left to other people, perhaps those people will have a different conceptual arrangement that will not allow the dreams in BBI to materialize. I want to ask them to quickly shift gears and look at related polices and pieces of legislation that need to be brought on board to realize the dreams that we have in BBI. As for me and my followers in Migori, we will continue fighting for improvement of this document. It would be foolhardy to try and oppose it. It brings money to my village and many other villages that brought me here. It brings money to my county and many other counties neighbouring mine. When you have money in your pocket, you are moving consistently towards leading a dignified life. I believe in human dignity, the dignity of the people of Migori, that of Sen.
