    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move: THAT, the Bill be amended by inserting the following new clause immediately after clause 32— Offences 32A. (1) Where an offence under this Act is committed by a body corporate or relating to any other association, the offence shall be deemed to have been body committed by a director, a partner or any other person involved in, corporate or acting or purporting to act in the management of affairs of the body corporate or association."
