    "content": "The most important part of this thing is the issue of governance and elections. Currently in this country, we are talking about amending parts of the Constitution. Why are we amending this part of the Constitution? It is because we have seen problems that have bedeviled this country earlier on with the issues of elections. Elections happen and then, all of a sudden, we have conflict, chaos and people known to say ‘I won’, and others saying ‘I have not lost’. So, the whole idea is to ensure that we strengthen the issue of governance."
