There is something going on at the Ministry of Roads which is not quite right, in the sense that they are marginalising two provinces vis-a-vis infrastructure; the North Eastern and Western provinces. When the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance said there is Kshs1.2 billion for that road, it must have been there. Could the Assistant Minister tell us where this Kshs1.2 billion went?"
