"content": "You can make as much noise as you want, but once it is published, the train would have left the station. Do not deceive anyone that you are going to amend. It does not happen that way. That is not the way we amend the Constitution. I have always said here that in the last Parliament, there was an opportunity for people to do something and they failed to do so. This House passed a proposed Bill by Hon. Kaluma and very many people are seeing the consequences of not agreeing with him. Even now, you can see a few things happening all over out there. Hon. Kaluma had wanted to tame some of the things that are happening but, when it went to the other place, now they keep complaining that they are being interfered with… Hon. Owen Baya, it is okay. You know it is good to also entertain those kind of thoughts, but it is good also to be corrected."
