    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. As we celebrate the World Disability Day today, allow me to congratulate Hon. Dennitah Ghati and all other colleagues who have spoken. I think Hon. Cecily Mbarire is the one who hit the nail on the head. She said that Hon. Dennitah Ghati has been able to rise above her tragedy to be who she is. I think that is what all of us should be aiming for. This House has men and women living with disabilities, but in all respect, are thinking intellectually like all of us."
