I was saying that it is unfortunate that we were not able to put the Question to it for formal ratification because of lack of quorum. I tried through the Office of the Clerk, to request that it be put in this afternoon’s Order Paper just for the Question to be put, but our Standing Order No.238 could not allow that. Hopefully, it will be put in the next Session."
