When you meet the Cabinet Secretary, let us get a report through the Leader of the Majority Party and the Leader of the Minority Party. If need be, Members be prepared to come back here for a Special Sitting. Otherwise, you will face a very bleak future. The country heard His Excellency the President from this Chair appeal to Members to make interventions, particularly in the area of infrastructure to facilitate the reopening of schools in January. You are not expected to do that with your personal or private resources. He was very clear that it is through NG-CDF."
