    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker, for giving me the opportunity. I congratulate the Departmental Committee on Finance and National Planning for this. I will not focus a lot on the contents of the agreement. I think the Chair of the Committee has talked at length about them and I have them here in terms of the scope and issues that are covered. The former Leader of the Majority Party also spoke at length about the benefits. So, I am not going to go to that. I just want to speak to the legal regime that ought to have been used. When the Chair of the Departmental Committee on Finance and National Planning was moving it, she made reference to the fact that the Tax Justice had gone to court and the court had directed that The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly. A certified version of this Report can be obtained from the Hansard Editor."
