    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I am at a loss as to how we are questioning the use of technology and how the use of technology can affect the integrity of the decisions of this House. For the last eighty months or so, we have been conducting business virtually. If that has been the issue, is it in order to decide for us to sit, pass resolutions and draw our sitting allowances on virtual meetings throughout the entire time? Why is today special? To allege that technology impacts on the integrity, it is not true. Unless there are other reasons as to why this is being questioned, I do not think we should be questioning Standing Order No.251 (a).
