    "content": "The liquidator was appointed at around March this year. Members contribute money from their salaries to a co-operative society, and at the same time they borrow loans. So, by the time it went down, definitely what you had saved, somebody else who was a member of the co-operative had borrowed. It was around this time that members did complain and that was when the issues were brought to the Ministry and we appointed a liquidator."
