    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, although you have ruled on this matter, I know the counsel from both sides would ask themselves the question why this particular Rule No. 6 is there in the Standing Orders, and I can glean to. First, it is because we are time bound. All the information has to reach the Senate before the trial starts. You cannot be making a case in the middle of the case.
