    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, I wish to refer the Minister to the first item and this is on the basic wages or salaries. The salaries for civil servants particularly in Job Group L and below are very low. According to the Minister, between 2004 and 2009, despite having been asked for a 45 per cent increase, they have only managed 28 per cent increase. What plans does the Government have to ensure that the civil servants in Job Group L and below are considered for salary increment, taking into account the current inflation rate?"
