The second petitioner was vetted on 7th of March, 2014 and a decision dismissing the second petitioner from service was made on the 22nd of May, 2014 on grounds that he exhibited professional negligence in submitting contradicting reports to the court and further that he lacked financial probity for failing to explain how he acquired his assets.”"
