"content": " Probably, before we go to the opening statement, we would seek your guidance in respect to a letter dated 14th December, 2020, which was sent to you by the Speaker of the County Assembly, which sought your intervention in respect to the procurement of various witnesses. That means your assistance in respect to the issuance of summons for purposes of attendance of these witnesses. Mr. Speaker, Sir, as it may be noted from the Motion of impeachment that has just been read before this honourable House, these witnesses are so crucial in so far as the adducing of evidence for or in favour of the County Assembly is in issue.
