This House is guided by the Cap.80, the Law of Evidence. That is the evidence that the witness is testifying, unless there has been a prior decision by this House that a witness will only be limited to the content of the statement. That was never given to us. I believe the rules of evidence apply during these proceedings. Mr. Speaker, Sir, we seek your guidance."
