Mike Mbuvi Sonko, the Governor of Nairobi City County. The County Assembly hereby requests your office to issue sermons to the following persons to appear before the Senate- 1. Mr. Mike Mbuvi; 2. Mr. Justus Gathenge; 3. Mr. Kwanga Mboya; 4. Mr. Cecil Miller; and 5. Mr. Musyoki Mogaka.”"
