She is writing- “The County Treasury submitted supplementary budget to the County Assembly vide a letter referenced CEC, on the 25th, March, 2018. Further arising from the deliberations by the County Executive Committee on the revised budget submitted vide the above reference letter, it was decided that the supplementary budget as submitted be withdrawn and resubmitted later.”"
