However, as a procedural question, I request your guidance whether it is in order for any kind of evidence to be broadcast. Hypothetically, the party can bring pornographic material as evidence. I cautiously request a recommendation, where going forward, sensitive material that is of a nature that cannot be shared this way proceed in-camera, if it must proceed. That is what courts of law do.
