He should ask him questions, wait for an answer, and move on. When you engage in an altercation with a witness, both of you look like you are not in a court of law. So just ask him questions and do not bother drawing conclusions for us; we shall draw them. You are here to ask questions to the witness and find out what you want to find out, to help the House."
