    "content": "This is a question of case management. These are very senior lawyers who now have a case before the Court of Appeal. They have given us direction that we are not going to hear you. They are given a written submission of 15 pages and we are not being allowed to address the court because of case management. We cannot be rumbling and saying that we are a court. I do not think we look like a court anymore because of the interventions we are making. It is very difficult to refrain from showing where your interests lie that is why I encourage the Members of the Senate to refrain from asking questions because their interests are coming out and they are going to be the judges at the end. You cannot be a judge, a prosecutor and the executioner. It does not work that way."
