    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, at the time when the helicopter was donated, it was in sound condition. We gave it to the Kenya Police Wing to use it as we did not have the capacity to run it. As we are talking now, it needs about Kshs20 million for the engine to be overhauled. We have put that amount into the financial proposals for next year so that, once it is approved by Parliament, we can repair the helicopter as a start."
