    "content": "Madam Deputy Speaker, the request for the hearing of a witness offsite, which I understand to mean outside here, is not possible because the sitting of a House of Parliament is gazetted, and the legal process of moving that site will take days, which we do not have. In the court of law, where the Judge is where the court sits, so long as the judge would like to move for purposes of doing something. It is not practical for us to sit outside where we are seated. That effort will take several days, and we do not have that time. That is number one."
