(a) Why is there no subsidized fertilizer in any of the National Cereals and Produce Board (NCPB) depots in Western Province and Trans Nzoia District? (b) Where was the fertilizer meant for these areas diverted to and what urgent measures is the Minister taking to remedy the situation before the current planting season ends? (c) How much free fertilizer and seeds have been distributed to needy families in Western Province, considering that the province has the highest poverty levels in the country?"
