    "content": " No, Mr. Speaker and Hon. Members. There is another letter which we were also stopped from producing. The CS was telling the Director of NMS not to release any funds. However, in this letter dated 30th November, 2020 and received on 4th December, 2020 after my impeachment Motion, the National Treasury is advising us to release the funds to NMS because they have now come up with legal framework for the release of money which is still contrary to Article 219 of the Constitution."
