That is 1B where it is alleged that you, as the Governor for Nairobi, violated Article 183 of the Constitution as read with the Public Finance Management Act (PFM). It is stated that you have refused or failed to implement resolutions of the County Assembly or forward the report detailing your inability to do so in line with Article 183 of the Constitution as read together with the Standing Orders 193 with respect to County public debts and debt management under the provisions of section 123 of the Public Finance Management Act.
