    "content": "My wife deposited cash at the hotel, not from the Nairobi City County Government although the trip was official and genuine because they were both party of the government delegation as confirmed by State House. There was a cash deposit of USD1200 as deposit credit for rooms and meals. At some point my wife swiped her credit card. That is on page 615 the second last item. She swiped her Visa Card for another USD1500 payment."
