    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I would like to thank the Assistant Minister for the answer although it is not satisfactory. This is a very important road connecting Kibwezi-Kitui- Isiolo and all the way to Ethiopia, although he refused to acknowledge that bit. There have been many feasibility studies on this road. The first one was in 1974. There have been others and even the one the Assistant Minister is talking about was done in 2008/2009. I am sure that, that bit is complete."
