"content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, thank you for your consideration. It is not only in Kibwezi where roads have been washed by the rains. At the moment, this Member of Parliament is unable to access his own constituency. Seriously, the road between Malka-Gufu-Buna- Korondile-Moyale is cut off. May be the Assistant Minister can help me by giving me a chopper to go to my constituency. I request the Assistant Minister to give immediate emergency funds for this road which is about 85 kilometres."
