"content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. It is really disturbing when you have Ministers come to the House with very sketchy answers. The issue at hand is a very serious one. The problem of street children in this country is worrying. It is actually a time bomb and it is high time the Ministry rose to the occasion to take care of these children. What is the Ministry doing to ensure that the children in Mombasa are taken care of properly because the information he has given is not correct? There is no psychological support that the Ministry is giving. If it is, could he table what the Ministry is doing in Mombasa with these children?"
