    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, we have LAPTRUST and LAPROFUND which manage the local authorities funds. Unfortunately, some funds have not been remitted by the respective councils, particularly because of lack of funds. We have taken action to ensure that they do remit the funds through the restructuring of those councils. In the meantime, we are focusing on ensuring that whatever funds are available to those councils, first, take care of the arrears that exist including the pensions."
