    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, during the consultation meeting, the farmers and processors expressed concern that they could not access the local nuts because they were being bought at a higher price. Indeed, that is true. They said that the nuts were being exported out of the country and they could not process them. At the moment, we have only a capacity of 45,000 kilograms and what is being produced now are 43,000 kilograms. So, some of the processors could not get nuts to process. Mr. Speaker, Sir, the farmers were not involved in the export of the nuts. So, we wanted to form co-operatives for the local people so that they could benefit from the sale of the crop."
