The first clarification is on the approvals of the trip to New York, which document has been tabled, that it was approved by State House. I have seen the signature of the Head of Public Service. If that can be clarified, I will be happy. Secondly, I seek clarification on the issue of the bursary fund, which a document has been tabled indicating clearly that, that was stopped. I want to know at what point the Real-Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) was stopped."
