First clarification is about some assertion that was made by the witness Janet Muthoni Ouko that the governor was on many and various occasions molesting women who have been working under his jurisdiction. What does that molestation mean? Number two, in the cross-examination by the counsel of the County Assembly I did not clearly get if the assertion was to the effect that the letter written to investigate the Mover of the Motion was only written when the Motion was drafted and served. I would like to get that clarification."
