Unless the other counsels have a problem with us being given authorities, these being past decisions that have been done before, it can guide us as a House as to how other impeachments have been handled. It would also be good for us to be informed. Even if we have already followed up all the proceedings, and probably, by now we have made up our minds, it is still good practice to have authorities accompany those submissions. They will not be of any harm, unless there is an objection from either side."
