    "content": "Madam Deputy Speaker, I think it is not proper if it goes on record that this Senate is saying that the counsel here, by trying to make their case, are wasting time by producing or giving us authorities. I think that is not a fair comment. We have been here for the last two days to hear them on whatever case they have from both sides. For some of us, the learned colleagues, we would not want to say that authorities are a waste of time. There are best practices out there that we need to learn from. That is unfortunate. I think it is not fair to have that comment on record."
