    "content": "Madam Deputy Speaker, none of documents that have been presented here in a case where the governor is alleged to have committed or violated the Constitution and the law, and more specifically the County Governments Act, the Public Procurement and Disposals Act and the Public Finance Management Act. No nexus has been shown to exist. There is no connection between the Acts and the violations alleged to have been committed with the governor. No document has been shown that has been signed by the governor and no collusion has been demonstrated to have occurred between the governor and any officer."
